Official Rules – OnTargetMagazine.com 2026 Father’s Day Giveaway NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 1. PROMOTION PERIOD The OnTargetMagazine.com 2026 Father’s Day Giveaway (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on [Insert Today’s Date, 2026] and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on June 21, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). 2. ELIGIBILITY The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of OnTargetMagazine.com (“Sponsor”), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, and advertising/promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter. All winners must be legally eligible to purchase and possess a firearm under federal, state, and local laws and must be able to pass a federal background check (NICS) through a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. 3. HOW TO ENTER During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may enter once per calendar day by visiting https://www.OnTargetMagazine.com/giveaway and completing the official entry form (full name, valid email address, date of birth, and state of residence). Daily Entry Limit: One (1) entry per person/email address per day. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on the applicable day. Automated entries, scripts, or bots are prohibited and will result in disqualification. 4. PRIZE One (1) winner will receive: One (1) firearm (specific make/model to be determined by Sponsor) Accessories for the firearm (e.g., case, cleaning kit, extra magazines, optic – exact accessories at Sponsor’s discretion) Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $[Insert dollar amount, e.g., 800.00] Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. No cash equivalent or transfer of prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any applicable taxes, shipping fees to FFL, and FFL transfer fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. 5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION On or about June 22, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner using software that randomly selects entrants from the contest entry database. The potential winner will be notified by email within three (3) business days of selection and must respond within five (5) calendar days to claim the prize. The potential winner must provide full legal name, date of birth, state of residence, and the name and address of a local FFL dealer willing to conduct the transfer. 6. BACKGROUND CHECK & FFL TRANSFER The firearm prize will only be released to the winner after successful completion of a federal background check (NICS) at an FFL dealer of winner’s choice (must be in winner’s state of residence). The winner must personally appear at the designated FFL, present valid government-issued ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass the background check. If the winner fails the background check, is prohibited from possessing a firearm, or is otherwise unable to legally take delivery: The prize will be forfeited. Sponsor will randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries (using the same random selection software). The alternate winner will undergo the same verification/FFL process. If the background check is delayed or denied for any reason, Sponsor has no obligation to hold the prize beyond a reasonable period (maximum 30 days). 7. ODDS OF WINNING Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Daily entries increase your chances but do not guarantee a win. 8. GENERAL CONDITIONS Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules or tampers with the entry process. By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from the prize or participation. Winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, city/state, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation (where legal). 9. TAXES & COMPLIANCE Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, as well as any FFL transfer fees or background check fees. Sponsor will file appropriate tax forms as required by law (e.g., Form 1099-MISC if prize value exceeds IRS thresholds). 10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES These rules are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sponsor is domiciled.
